What makes Susan so valuable is that she hasn’t lost any of her passion for tackling challenges and helping clients succeed. Susan interacts with top-level executives of senior living companies throughout the country, which gives her an up-to-the-minute insider’s view of the senior living field. She puts that enthusiasm and insight to work for clients by providing strategic leadership and consultation on projects and challenges of all types. She champions a consultative approach by consistently challenging her team to go beyond what can be done to ask the question, “What should be done?”

Janel is an ad agency veteran and marketing executive with
20 years in the senior-focused marketing business.
Janel loves helping clients solve complex challenges and has spent the majority of her career as a digital marketing leader connecting innovative marketing technology and tactics to drive client success. Janel serves as a strategic partner to the clients she works with and is an empowering leader for the teams she oversees. Throughout her career she has led large teams in all of the following areas: Creative, Media, Content, Sales Enablement/Marketing Automation, Data, Digital Media, Public Relations, SEO, Web Strategy and Development, Reputation Management, Product and CRM Consultation.
